Refunds/Order Cancellation Policies

In Store Returns: Returns may be made within 3 days of purchase. Items must be unused and must have sales receipt. Gift Cards are non-returnable.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled anytime prior to shipping label creation for a full refund minus any service/processing fees we were charged. Orders that have already been packed and shipping label created can be cancelled for a full refund minus service/processing fees, shipping fees and $5.00 packing material fee. (Does not pertain to custom orders)

Damaged Items (from shipping): Items that arrive broken will be refunded the price of the item only once you have completed damaged items requirements instructions (emailed to you when package shipped).

Our packages are shipped exceeding all carriers requirements. However we all know that sometimes damage occurs. To file an insurance claim the following procedures must be followed.

1.  Take pictures of the outside of the package prior to opening.

2.  Take a picture of each piece prior to unwrapping it.

3. Take a picture of the damaged item.

To obtain a refund you must email the pictures to us so we can file a claim. You will be refunded the cost of the item upon receipt of the pictures. Since we charge a flat fee shipping rate shipping charges will not be refunded as the fee only covers our packing materials costs.

Unfortunately NO refunds will be issued without the above items being provided by you.
