Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on zones, box size and weight. Ceramic products are difficult to set standard costs on these parameters so we have calculated these costs as close to carrier rates as possible. You will only be charged actual shipping costs so any excess charged on your order will be refunded by store credit. If your order costs more in actual shipping due to needing multiple boxes due to size of the bisque etc then you will be invoiced the difference. We will hold your order until the invoice is paid. 

Any packed order that is cancelled will incur a $7 restock fee per box.
