Store Credit
Introducing store credit! Due to rising costs/fees we will now use store credit to replace all shipping refunds. All other refunds will be on a case-by-case basis.
You must be logged into your customer account to use store credit at checkout, and only the full amount can be applied (no partial amounts).
You can view and use your store credit in a few ways:
Viewing your credit balance:
- When logged into your customer account you can see your store credit balance in your account details
- The credit amount also displays at checkout in the "Store credit" section when you're logged in
Using store credit:
- You must be logged into your customer account (or using Shop Pay) to use store credit
- At checkout, you'll see your available store credit amount and can click "Apply store credit" to use it as payment
- The full store credit amount must be used - you can't apply partial

- Store credit can be combined with other payment methods if the credit doesn't cover the full order amount
